Wondered into this bar while following a friends. Around 9 pm it was crowded with older citizen, smoking and drinking their beer. Managed to squeeze ourselves into one of the comfy window seats. Music was good, something nastalgic. If you like the strong smell of cigarets to stay on your clothes and hair for a week after a trip to sofia, then be my guest, this place is for you.
Delightful, unpretentious, thoroughly comfortable spot below Volkspark Friedrichshain. A bit off the beaten tourist track and better for it. On a snowy day, my son and I had a delightful lunch. Bulgarian specialties of one sort or another, but nothing terribly exotic. Just well prepared fundamentals and easy, pleasant service. Quite a value and instructive. Try the pileschka parjola.

Absolutely not recommended. The meat is of poor quality. Everything is prepared with very little love.
We visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening, we were 2 people and got a table for 4 people, there was a pleasant atmosphere, and we got a well-prepared meal, the quantity was ample, it was fresh. The owner was ready for a little chat, which was pleasant. Can definitely be recommended.
