This was my first time trying this restaurant. I came in with high hopes based on the positive Google reviews, expecting a great pizza. Unfortunately, half of it seemed to have been sitting out for a long time and was completely dry. I essentially paid $19 for what felt like dried cheese bread with hardly any sauce. I ended up giving the pizza to a homeless person on my way to another pizza place. View all feedback.
The restaurant is pricey, but it's definitely worth it. Our favorite dish by far is the cacio e pepe. The crust is wonderfully crunchy on the bottom and chewy on top. The cheese is creamy and rich, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of pepper, without being overly salty. We did experience a minor issue with our order, but they compensated for it with a complimentary tiramisu, which was delicious. The excellent customer service earns them bonus points as well.
Roman Street pizza. Their dough undergoes a three day fermentation, and includes five types of flour, all from Italy.
The crust here is different than others, light and crunchy. I tried the Avocado topping and I am impressed. Nice ambiance with a pretty decent wine and single slice selection.
