Was Brian G at Cheese 'n Stuff a mag?
Definitely a hidden (but not really) good deli spot near UC's campus. I got a dutch crunch sandwich, which was great. The two co-workers I was with got the falafel wrap, which looked epic. I'll bet getting that the next time I'm in Berkeley.Owner was there and the place feels like an institution (which I guess it is). View all feedback.

The sandwich is OK, got pastrami and thought it was lacking in flavor, had little meat and overall lackluster. You have to ask them to warm up your sandwich even if they are a “hot sandwich”. View all feedback.
