The owner was running the restaurant, and things felt a bit chaotic. He was friendly and informed us that our order would take some time, even offering to buy us a beer. However, when my hot dog arrived, it was missing the onions and vegan cheese I had ordered. He kindly apologized, added the onions, but couldn't find the cheese, which was okay.
