First time to this Starbucks location. I stood in front of the cashier for about 2 minutes before I was served. There was no one before me, and a line was slowly forming behind me. There were quite a number of customers in the shop, but none of them were waiting for their drinks and/or food. I ordered a tall Chai Latte, and it was what I expected.
