What Winston Ku doesn't like about Starbucks:
First time to this Starbucks location. I stood in front of the cashier for about 2 minutes before I was served. There was no one before me, and a line was slowly forming behind me. There were quite a number of customers in the shop, but none of them were waiting for their drinks and/or food. I ordered a tall Chai Latte, and it was what I expected. My food was completely smooshed and when I went back they gave me something even more smooshed
They don't know how to steam milk at all. Just comes out like watery milk everytime.
Baristas have terrible attitudes here. Sorry I am hassling you by placing an order.
The place is always packed, but even with a lot of people there it's quiet and relaxed. The staff is always friendly and patient. A nice place to hang out in!
I decided to stay in the area and this has been the closest Starbucks on my route. Unfortunately the staff has been giving me such a hard time every morning about making coffee that I will never visit this location. They never have blonde roast in the morning and make me get a drink that is double the cost and do not want to give extra milk. It is being rationed at this location terrible service.
