OOOMMMGGG!! Their cheese is the absolute BEST I've ever had! I don't live in Wisconsin anymore, so when I visit I always have to drive up to get cheese curds and string cheese. I do like their provolone also. The cheese curds are squeaky and salty, best at room temperature if you ask me. The string cheese is good anytime, always smooth and pulls apart nicely. This will forever be my go-to cheese store! View all feedback.
