Staff are friendly. We ordered dinner. Waiting was short. My other half had Bangers N Mash. Which she enjoyed. I ordered a double burger looked lovely. Cut into it. Burnt. I do cook. This was nooked then grilled. They did change it. The 2nd one was edible. But..... well...... cooked. If you serve this on a regular basis. I suggest that the burgers are defrosted naturally.
