The service is in small care, the... read more We had dinner at Benaton late November 2023. This restaurant is located near the centre of Beaune and closes the Fallot duck. The service is in small care, the staff is smiling and attentive. We enjoyed the advice of the oenologist on the wine map (natural wine at ideal temperature, i.e. close to 10° for Burgundy red, carafé with care). The kitchen was delicious while being light. The star is widely deserved. The only noticeable negative point on the interior room is noise, a small acoustic layout would be ideal. We'll be back.
