What Jeff S likes about Mcdonald's:
This is specifically to give a shout out to Ryan, a manager who helped follow up something from a past visit. He was polite and attentive; when he could have easily brushed the situation off he took a moment to reflect, then did the courteous and respectful thing. Even though it was not the hugest of issues, it's always refreshing when it is still handled well. Thanks again Ryan. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Don't even deserve a star... order a nugget happy food and a smoothie at Drive-thru... came home and just to find out.... in the happy meal box.... was just a box of 4 nuggets and nothing else....and smoothie that's not even filled to the rim... it's like she ran out of the smoothie.
