awful experience, will never go back. i cannot even begin to explain how poor the customer service was. it was actually nasty behavior. would not give our total at the drive thru or window. in fact, at both windows they wouldn’t even make eye contact. they used shakes lids on all drinks including a happy meal for a two year old. there were visible flat lids, but when we asked we were told no they cannot provide one....
