What Liquid State likes about K'gen Asian Cuisine:
Decent Japanese-American atmosphere, comfortable booths and seating, out of 10 or so times I’ve gone there in the last year or so, the food has always been hot and the vegetables are always super fresh. Everything on the menu from ramen to sushi, and Bao buns to general tsao, its all at least an eight out of ten. In-restaurant wait times are about 15-20 mins. Regrettably, this once-favorite restaurant has lost its appeal, as the food quality has decreased and prices have increased.
