Was Anonym at Parpallo a mag?
We ate one day, the next we repeat. He obviously got us. the letter is short, a selection of rice to each one of the best. they start with a salad, normal, to follow with some sandwiches, typical of this area, which are very good, homemade. the secret must be the flours with corn mixture. the very good noodle of flavor and texture, flaw... the seafood, some Argentine gambones defrosted. the paella very, very good. na... What Anonym dislikes about Parpallo:
restaurant in the drova of all life. the menu is always the same salad, croquettes and pastas. on this occasion the croquettes were not very successful and especially the paella was sosa and the rice a little crude. I've been told it's not normal, and a bad day anyone can have it. Faced with what they offer you. very friendly service and very attentive owners. View all feedback.
It is a nice place to visit!! It is 20 km from playa de Gandia!! Honestly the best paella from the town, it is well known by locals so if the locals choose this place is cause the quality. On the other hand you must book a table in advance normally is full. Homemade food from Valencia!!!
I 'll just quote one of Spain 's master chefs; "I believe this to be the best paella (valenciana) Spain has to offer.
It was great! Typical small village restaurant. Very basic decor, but cosy. The food was amazing. One of the best Paellas I have ever had. A must if you are nearby!!!
The place was not bad. The service was good and friendly, but the paella they served us was a bit soggy and lacking in flavor. The pknta was pretty good, but the facts didn't follow. The chicken pieces they had were mostly breast. There was also a rabbit armband. Quite a few vegetables (green beans and some artichoke, not much) but it seemed that they were not very good because they had little flavor, as well as paella, which requires less attractive pieces, but leaves more substance for the broth. The empanadas they make there were delicious, yes. I think the croquettes also have a certain reputation, but they didn't fit, so we couldn't try them. The desserts, without being over the top, are also quite good. Service: Dine in Price per person: €30–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
We will go for lunch for two on a Friday with prior reservation by phone. We will have some empanadas for lunch; they took six, two of each class: spinach, tomato and peas; Valencian salad, encisam tomato, olives and carlota and Valencian paella with ball. coffees, beers and water. All: €54. Parking next door. We put the leftover empanadas in a container, we finished the whole pan. Good things: the empanadas, the best in the world, seriously, and the paella was very good, it had socarraet and everything. Things I didn't like: the place, small and next to the road.
