I rated Kenzington Burger Bar higher than I normally would because it's the only place in Barrie that is trying to stay open late while all the other places close (St. Louis, Wild Wings, etc. . The staff are all attentive with excellent customer service skills. It's a well designed getaway in the South end and has a wide variety of menu options (more than just burgers . Food was amazing, not a single complaint about that. Problem was the service. We were generally ignored by all staff, but especially our server. A large group arrived after my wife and I, so we got forgotten about. Even had to go to the bar to ask for the bill just so we could leave. Maybe it was an off day for the staff, but I will not be returning to this location. It's too bad the one in Bradford closed. View all feedback.
