The Bison restaurant offers innovative, locally sourced cuisine with excellent bison dishes. Despite some reviews noting salty food and undercooked dishes, the majority of guests had outstanding experiences. The service is warm and genuine, with knowledgeable staff and delicious food from appetizers to desserts. Cocktails and tapas-style dishes are highlighted, along with the bison short ribs which receive high praise. While some note small portions for the price, the overall consensus is overwhelmingly positive. A must-visit spot in Banff for a memorable dining experience.
Food was absolutely fantastic. I had the bison short ribs. Fell off the bone tender. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of all the menu items and the drink menu. I would highly recommend checking this place out. We will be returning!
The eggs Benny are the best in town. I've eaten every breakfast option and this is hands my new fave. Tea biscuit instead of English muffin benny is the game changer. Fresh ingredients. Foodies enjoy!! Tip: Book a res and avoid the line!
This place is great. Our waiter Blake, as well as all the other staff, were great. We asked him a lot of questions and he was so nice and explained a lot about how the dishes are prepared and about the flavors etc etc. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend you make a reservation and dine here.
