Took 15 minutes for a burger combo (actually still waiting). Ridiculous wait for a drive-thru. Update: I ended up demanding a refund after approaching thirty minutes. I see the review responses that apologize and hope the 99% of customers with a bad experience “come back,” but zero mention of what improvements the establishment plans to initiate in order to provide a semi-decent experience.
