Took 15 minutes for a burger combo (actually still waiting). Ridiculous wait for a drive-thru. Update: I ended up demanding a refund after approaching thirty minutes. I see the review responses that apologize and hope the 99% of customers with a bad experience “come back,” but zero mention of what improvements the establishment plans to initiate in order to provide a semi-decent experience. Never been to a Dairy Queen as we're not from the US. Lady who served us was really lovely and we all loved our ice creams!
Give these guys a raise, and not a step ladder either. Like a real raise.
