I had dinner with my team here last night and the service was horrible. I am not expecting a lot but a good service and a warm meal would be appreciated. I orde... read more I had dinner with my team here last night and the service was horrible. I am not expecting a lot but a good service and a warm meal would be appreciated. I ordered baby back ribs and it was cold. I don 't know why the ribs was cold when it should be warm from the grill. We also ordered macaroni salad and I made 3 follow ups before it was served. I ask a male waiter about it and just said okay . He continued to clean 2 tables before going the kitchen and made a follow up on our order. I guess cleaning the table comes first before the customer. I ask the same waiter if they have to go boxes for the left over and he reply with a hard tone wala (none). He then proceeded to give us clear sando plastic bags. For real? Prawn in sweet and sour sauce in a clear sando bag? So this is like a side walk food shop now? Delecta??? What happened? I 'll be honest, I raised my voice because I was upset and very disappointed. The waiter could have been polite and I would been okay with the clear sando bag or offer us to pay for plastic containers which I don 't mind. After I raised my voice, A lady waiter came over and apologize for the service and gave us a brown bag to put the food inside. I appreciate her for saying sorry but it 's too late. We already had a bad experience. I 'll to have remove Delecta as of my favorite restaurants in town. I wish the best for the business. I hope that we all learn from this experience to be better.

I ordered the baby back ribs and also tried the kare-kare and halo-halo, all of which were delicious. The prices are quite affordable.
