I had ordered a meal this evening on Uber Eats and there was an issue with my order. I called in and spoke with the manager Percy (I hoped I spelt the name correct) and she apologized for the issue, not only that she went above and beyond to fix the issue and sent one of her drivers out to deliver my item at no extra cost.
