I had ordered a meal this evening on Uber Eats and there was an issue with my order. I called in and spoke with the manager Percy (I hoped I spelt the name correct) and she apologized for the issue, not only that she went above and beyond to fix the issue and sent one of her drivers out to deliver my item at no extra cost. I really am impressed with the customer service, no one Percy is a manager. I cannot thank you enough! Btw Del Forno still remains the best Pizza joint in Randburg!

Quality of the pizza has increased, a lot. I don't know whether it is new management, new staff, new recipes or simply a new effort. I've been a customer for a couple of years, however, tonight's food was way above standard. Thank you!
