This issue seems to happen only when I see a particular person at the drive-thru window. She might be the manager, but I can’t say for sure. It could also just be a coincidence that I notice this pattern whenever she is working. I've been frequenting this place for lunch lately, and most of the time, everything is fine. I had a frustrating experience with my order placed through the app. They sent me a beef burrito instead of the bean burrito I clearly requested. I can understand if there was a mix-up with meat options, but how can you get it wrong when the name specifically says bean burrito?
