Was Tomecca M at Wingstop a mag?
I've been eagerly anticipating the opening of this location. After a long flight, I dropped by and was pleasantly surprised to find out they had opened just a week ago. Torrid and Josè provided the best service I've ever experienced at Wingstop. The food was fresh, and the wings were nicely plump—not small at all. I will definitely be returning to this location! This Wingstop is horrible?. 1st thing they never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. 2nd When you order online the food isn?t ready and the food be cold when you receive it and then have to wait another 30 mins for food. Just horrible!!!!!!!
Terrible experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I witnessed the so-called Assistant Manager, Kayla, using inappropriate language and being disrespectful to another customer. I will not be returning. The food was unpleasant, the service was poor, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Just a horrible experience!

When we asked for some, they actually suggested we go to Chipotle next door! It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. There are definitely better places for wings out there.
Horrible. Employees are so unprofessional. The supposed Assistant Manager by the name of Kayla is absolutely unprofessional. I observed her cussing and disrespecting another customer. I?ll never be back here. Food is nasty. Service is nasty. The store isnasty. Just nasty!!!!!
The food was good though I got take out and they didn't put any utensils in the bag which I really could have used with the messy Louisiana fried that I had ordered. Also no napkins which is ridiculous considering I got wings but the food itself wasdelicious. The atmosphere of the place was frankly a little annoying they were playing loud music and singing really loud in thekitchen. I thank goodness I was only there waiting for a few minutes. Overall I would order delivery from here just got thepeace of mind of not needing anything extra that apparently doesn't get included with your an pick up order
