Martin and his team at Hodson Bay Hotel provided an amazing dining experience from beginning to end. The staff was beautiful and friendly, offering delicious steaks and creamy brûlée for dessert. Wine tasting with Andres was highly recommended. The menu featured a fantastic tortellini, perfectly cooked mashed and seasoned vegetables, and creamy soup. The staff was accommodating and attentive, even catering to dietary restrictions. A birthday celebration was made special with complimentary Prosecco and dessert. A group of 20 enjoyed a perfect culinary experience, praising the friendly staff and delicious food. Overall, the restaurant comes highly recommended for its exceptional food and service.

Beautiful food great Service from Martin his team. I had Fabulous Seafood Chowder Seabass as my main course. Martin is hilarious nothing was any trouble.disappointed that gin was served in wine glasses not gin glasses no fruit/juniper berries either. but look forward to returning soon again View all feedback.
We were a party of 20, mix of adults, teenagers and children for my mother's birthday party. We had such an excellent culinary experience. Nice menu, fantastic friendly staff and delicious food. We were all super impressed and highly recommended. Hudson Bay's team should be proud of their staff. Thank you for a nice evening.
My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Martin and the team warmly welcomed us and escorted us to our table. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with stunning decor and soothing music playing in the background. The food was exceptional—we both enjoyed the 10oz steak, cooked perfectly, seasoned exquisitely, and presented beautifully. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant evening. The desserts were delicious and elegantly presented. Although it’s on the pricey side, it’s worth every penny for the amazing food and service. I would gladly pay again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
We reserved a table for two. The service was excellent, the food incredibly delicious, and the surrounding area charming. It’s perfect for a leisurely walk after the meal. Martin was very helpful and welcoming. Many thanks!
Very decadent and impressive christmas dinner! We had an amazing time and the food was amazing. Will definitely do it again, highly recommend. Oreo coffee Cheesecake was my favorite! Fast and Friendly service too, constantly checking up if all was fine and food was served quickly even with a full house. Cost atmosphere too. 10/10
Lovely restaurant at a hotel. We had no reservation but we got a table as it wasn't too busy, and the staff was very helpful. We went for a dinner, and the food was delicious the lamb as well as the seabass. The atmosphere is also very cozy and romantic. I can only recommend this place if you are staying at a hotel or driving by
