I tested here during a passage in Burgundy the meurette eggs, one of the specialties of the region. Three calves are served in a Burgundy wine sauce with mushrooms, bacon and onions. All accompanied by a leaven bread and homemade fries. This dish was excellent, and a real discovery for me. Generous but not too heavy, and at a reasonable price.
