In my last visit I found this unique Japanese (Mexican-fusion restaurant is under renovation. A room is being added and it seems that the kitchen has been overhauled and sent to a bigger area in the back. To be fair, we did not try the sushi when we came, and most reviewers have recommended the sushi for its flavor and freshness. We weren't feeling like sushi on this occasion so we figured we would try some soba noodle soup. The sashimi and sushi may be fresh, but the shrimp in the soba soup was definitely not.
