Could it be that they're avoiding vegetarian restaurants because they're carnivores? If so, they are missing out on a gem. The falafel sandwich was a delightful explosion of flavors - cucumber, tomato, hummus, and possibly pickles. Each bite was perfectly seasoned and paired with the best falafel I've ever had. Was walking after work and saw this little food truck and being me, someone who loves to try new things decided to take a stop and check out their menu, I saw they had falafel on the menu, I've had falafel once before however it was a frozen falafel wrap you heat it up in the microwave, it was good however I was excited by the idea to try freshly made falafel.
