After reading about Tango Empanadas in a local newspaper, we decided to give them a try. The savory empanadas were absolutely delicious! They have a wide variety of flavors, both savory and sweet. We tried the chicken, spicy ground beef, and brisket empanadas, as well as the peach and cream cheese. After being away for a while, I returned to see if the empanadas were as good as I remembered. Unfortunately, they were not quite up to par. The thick dough was too bready for my liking, unlike the thinner dough used at most restaurants. The spinach empanada had a vinegar taste that I did not enjoy.
