Tango Empanadas Bakery - Allen

After being away for a while, I returned to see if the empanadas were as good as I remembered. Unfortunately, they were not quite up to par. The thick dough was too bready for my liking, unlike the thinner dough used at most restaurants. The spinach empanada had a vinegar taste that I did not enjoy. I also tried the mushroom empanada and some others. My husband couldn't finish the meat and sausage empanada because of the thickness of the dough. On a positive note, the large heart-shaped crispy cookies were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning for those!

I really enjoy the delicious empanadas at this restaurant, and I love that they stay open late for a quick snack. My only complaint is that they are not open on Sundays. The seasonal options are always a nice surprise and I have never had a bad experience here.

This restaurant is a great place to get empanadas! The beef and brisket empanadas are delicious and the pastry is sweet and creamy. I will definitely be trying out different fillings on my next visit.

I am so happy to have found this little gem of a place in the corner of a shopping center. They are friendly and their empanadas are delicious. We use them anytime we are expected to bring a dish to an event and there are never any left overs. Highlyrecommend!!!

One day I met the owner of this store, and it changed my life. I stopped by to have my first empanada, and fell in love. Since then I have ate almost every kind they offer, and a few of their delicious treats.
