Not sure if i am spelling his name correctly, but Fermin was a pleasure to deal with. Kind, courteous, and not just to us. He was kind to every person who came in during our 45 minute stay. Never made a face or got upset when people came up to ask for anything repeatedly, or when people were rude. Kept his cool, and made sure everyone was taken care. Our family enjoyed Golden Chick. We used to go to the McKinney one. We were happy that this one open here in Allen. Sadly, the excitement didn't last. We've been here 3 times. We usually order the leg and tight bucket. Every time I've been here they say that we have to wait 20 min for the chicken.
