This was my second visit to The Load and I have to say that the customer service provided by the employees, Tony, Cassandra, and Arun, was excellent. The staff at this Togos location seems to be poorly managed. There were only 4 employees trying to handle a large number of orders and deliveries. It took 40 minutes for my 2 cold sandwiches to be ready, even though the actual preparation time was only 20 minutes.
