This was my second visit to The Load and I have to say that the customer service provided by the employees, Tony, Cassandra, and Arun, was excellent. The Load is the best place for sandwiches, as I have tried other Togos locations and they do not compare in terms of quality and service. I want to thank all of them for making my visit enjoyable. The staff at this Togos location seems to be poorly managed. There were only 4 employees trying to handle a large number of orders and deliveries. It took 40 minutes for my 2 cold sandwiches to be ready, even though the actual preparation time was only 20 minutes.
