The founder of the brewery learned his craft in Germany, imported it still and all brewing facilities, and now he makes a beer I wish I could get from the tap in Tokyo! Interesting place. Beer is good and range adequate. Service was attentive and friendly despite the language barrier. Server was most patient in helping us order.
