I love this place. When it comes to custard in St. Louis, everything gets compared to Ted Drewes, which can be unfair to other spectacular custard joints in the area. I always get the same thing (Reese's PB Cup concrete) and they seem to give me a generous portion of PB cups which keeps me coming back. Service is quick and painless. I went to the Gravois location and the service was not friendly and they practically shut your fingers in the window while you're trying to grab your ice cream off the counter. I felt very rushed and like I was being a burden to the workers. I went in with an open mind because I know the employees are still in training but I did not get a smile or a thank you.
