The food was great and got more for what I paid and the service was excellent. brandon was waiting for my wife and me. we had a few laughs and he did great. he should get a salary increase. bring me to the manager so I can give him a raise. I'm going back.
Surprisingly, not much to complain about on this last visit. Our waiter actually took our order in a timely fashion and the food came out hot. My black bean burger was edible, although the guac I paid extra for was a minuscule portion. The skillet cookie with ice cream was suitably decadent. I’m not a fan of the large game and credit card terminal taking up so much of our two-top bar table. I know labor is hard to come by, but if that’s your plan, why not just have people go through a line and then take a seat?

This restaurant is an excellent choice for celebrating birthdays. Everything went well until one dish was delayed, which was a bit strange since everyone else's food had already arrived. We considered whether to wait for the late dish and risk our meals getting cold, but our waiter seemed to have the situation under control. Unfortunately, the missing dish took longer than anticipated to be served, suggesting that our waiter might not have been as attentive as we first believed. At this point, I was leaning toward giving a 3-star review, but the manager promptly addressed our concerns and made sure the rest of our meal went off without a hitch. We were impressed by the manager's proactive approach to customer satisfaction, and his quick action really salvaged our overall experience. The quality of the food and drinks at Chili's was fantastic, and we would definitely consider returning. A special shoutout to the family that joined in singing Happy Birthday during our celebration!
I took a bite of my appetizer, and soon after, our main courses arrived. Unfortunately, by the time I finished my appetizer, my main dish had already gone cold. I didn't want to send it back, so I decided to eat it as is. This isn't a place for a relaxed dinner; it feels like they want you to eat quickly and get out. While I understand the importance of turning over tables, there should be a balance. Both customer service and food quality are essential, but they were lacking during my visit.
