What KasiaSka doesn't like about Autogrill:
When we arrived they had two vegan croissants options: with jam and pudding. We took a pudding one and it was really good. However, we got charged for two orange juices we didn't order (I checked the receipt and got the money back). Plus, we waited 5 minutes for a staff member to prepare our cappuccinos and only when I confirmed with him that we needed them vegan, he said they are out of plant based milk...so another...
