We made reservations for 4:30pm and when we arrived the woman who came out and asked if we had a reservations and checked her book then went over to the window and turned the sign to open then told us to wait and she went upstairs for a while then brought us up and the stairs are steep and slippery so we would have stayed on first floor if we knew.Then we asked if there was a oaked chardonnay and cabernet and she sai...
