My wife and I happened to pass by and noticed the restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. Overall, it was excellent. Both the salad bar and our main dishes were delicious. I highly recommend it. The beautiful atmosphere and the opportunity to try a variety of high-quality fermented foods were exceptional. However, be aware that it appears to only be open from December to February.
