My wife and I happened to pass by and noticed the restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. Overall, it was excellent. Both the salad bar and our main dishes were delicious. I highly recommend it. The beautiful atmosphere and the opportunity to try a variety of high-quality fermented foods were exceptional. However, be aware that it appears to only be open from December to February. I went for lunch and tried the daily special main dish with a side, served in a buffet style. The affordable, homemade, delicious and healthy lunch is highly recommended. It's a local gem, but I kind of wish it wasn't as crowded as it is now... ^ ^;

Delicious, healthy lunch with a variety of side dishes. Fast and friendly service, will definitely be returning for lunch!
