I already knew Carolina and her kitchen, and I had loved the place for its atmosphere, the food, and Carolina. But this time, it was a different experience: a cooking workshop led by the hostess. On the menu, organic fruits and vegetables were used to create a vegetarian meal. Carolina coordinated us in her kitchen, assigning roles, missions, and tasks to the day's team, with humor, music, and little tips for cooking later in our own kitchens, enjoying Latin flavors. The result was a delight to our taste buds thanks to Carolina's guidance and watchful eye. We produced the following menu: Starter: Roasted green cabbage on a coffee mayonnaise, purple sweet potato emulsion with coconut milk, and pickles. Main: Seasonal vegetable stew with spices, quinoa, and celeriac emulsion with truffle oil. Dessert: Chocolate quinoa and roasted pear, on banana and coconut cream. All enjoyed late morning in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Loutte, for this lovely gift, and thank you to Carolina. We'll make it again.

In the background a playlist plays blues and I discover some nuggets while having lunch. The food is good, plentiful, just a downside on the cooking of the chocolate cake which was a little overcooked for my taste. To do again…
