Small restaurant with indoor... read more Passing through after a day in Zurich we decide to take a walk in Brunnen and return for the umpteenth time to the Gasthaus Ochsen. Small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating a few steps from the lakeside. It's not the first time we've stopped to eat chicken in the basket. The chicken is very good with a very crunchy skin and the sauce also available in spicy mode, I would instead focus on the side dishes of chips where they could do better, they don't have so much crunch. Very friendly and welcoming staff with average prices. A visit is absolutely recommended and we will definitely stop again, also because the competition just a few kilometers away is unparalleled.

Once w... read more Good The wife and I decide to go out for dinner in a local restaurant. Given the period, I was craving some game. We choose to reserve the Red di Biasca. Once we arrived we were welcomed and asked if we wanted to eat on the covered outdoor terrace. We ordered: First dishes: game menu sea bass fillets with french fries and vegetables Dessert: 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream with chestnut vermicelles and meringue crème brûlée The game menu was delicious and abundant, from the starter of mixed cured meats, to the first course of trofie with wild boar ragout and the trio of perfectly cooked fillets. Everything was accompanied by excellent side dishes. The sea bass fillets were very good, however they were not well cooked, they were still raw inside, which was a shame. Good desserts. Very friendly service, helpful and kind waiters. The restaurant has internal seating and a covered outdoor terrace, it also has some car parking, but it is easily found in the area. Prices in the standard for the area. A personal note, it's a shame that they allow people to smoke on the outside terrace, it was really annoying, also because being closed on three sides the smoke gets in your face when you eat, it's not the restaurant's fault, the customers are often also rude and not they notice that someone is eating. But the restaurant could do something, next time we will eat inside. We will be back to enjoy other delicious dishes, perhaps the pizza which is also very good. Thanks for the good dinner, we recommend it!

He very kindly made us sit in a moment. We see some super burgers on the other tables and our mouths water. They immediately bring us the menu card and so we order: vegan burger, Vegan Baby rack of pork ribs pulled beef All accompanied by side dishes and fried potatoes. The dishes were well presented, cooked well and all very tasty. The room is not very large but well furnished, a particular, welcoming and clean environment. The staff very friendly. Fast service and good plating. Prices a little high, but as we know in tourist cities this is the norm. We didn't order dessert because we were full, so it will be for next time. We ate very well, from starters to desserts. Everything truly delicious. Impeccable service, very friendly and kind. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

We were staying at the latter and decided to try a good dinner at this restaurant decorated in a very particular vintage style. Small, beautiful and quiet. The à la carte dishes are not many, the quantities are not excessive, but the quality of the food is excellent as is the service, the waiter is friendly even if not exactly well organised. We ordered dishes from the menu and dishes of the day, everything was delicious, from the Valais tomato soup served in special containers, to the beef tartare and the chocolate brownies. It was all so delicious! We were also offered a digestive and the bill was in line with the quality of the food. We highly recommend this restaurant. We hope to return again to try other delicious dishes. Recommended restaurant and Covid-19 regulations respected.

Passing through after a wonderful day in Flims I decided after a few years that I hadn't been there to stop again to eat pizza in this little restaurant located in the center of Disentis near the majestic monastery. Good choice, the vegetarian pizza I bought was really delicious and with a good variety of perfectly cooked vegetables; The calzone taken by the daughter was also good. The prices were also honest, four of us didn't even exceed the centella. Very friendly and fast service. We will definitely return when we are passing through. Thank you!

After making a res... read more We stayed in September 2018 with visiting family members and where we took them to eat, well the loaf is definitely a specialty worth trying. After making a reservation at Pedrinis, we arrive and have a small aperitif downstairs. Then we go up to the upper room for dinner, where our friends opt for the loaf of bread, while I opt for the delicious homemade gnocchi with meat sauce. After years I returned and I must say it did not disappoint. Well done, great service and well presented dishes. We are satisfied and familiar too.
