When I went to redeem it and also ordered an additional entrée, they forgot to include the extra entrée in the bag. I tried calling to inform them, but I was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Once I finally reached someone, the manager on duty at 8:30 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2022, refused to provide me with the contact information for the district manager. She mentioned that she would send a free entrée to my email, but I haven't received anything yet.
