I charged... read more $41.00 for 2 burrito bowls??? That?s OUTRAGEOUS. While paying with gift cards, they tell me I have 0 balances on my gift cards, I asked for them back. I charged my bowls on my credit card. Came home to check gift card balances and had $15 on both, ANDthey said 0 balance and they wanted to keep them. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! MANAGER WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I wanted the 8-piece but didn't have enough cash at the time, so I opted for the 4-piece to make sure I could pay and leave a tip. To my surprise, it turned out that the person I spoke with had applied a coupon to give me a $3.99 discount and had actually approved the 8-piece order. That was so thoughtful of you! I hope you see this review. Thank you once again! Now I can save the extra pieces for breakfast or lunch!

One of the managers made a note... read more I absolutely love Jets in Madison Heights. Every time I order, I get a special thin crust pizza with a specific cutting request. One of the managers made a note to always cut it the way I like. The staff knows me well and always have my order ready as soon as I arrive. The parking could be improved, but other than that, I have no complaints. The employees are friendly and polite. This is the only Jets location I go to, as I have tried others but they don't seem to cook the pizza all the way through. Despite living in Hazel Park, I drive to Madison Heights just to go to this Jets.
