You can catch him serving up his delicious cheesesteaks on weekends (for now) in the alley between Ben's Saddlery and 144 North Frontier (just look behind the coffee truck). The sandwiches are the same ones you enjoyed from his previous location, now featuring local Capital Beef! I’m especially looking forward to when he brings back his Grilled Italians, which I believe are the best on the west side of the East Coast. Be sure to check him out!

Despite its small size, it boasts an impressively diverse menu. Both of our dishes were excellent, featuring some unexpected ingredients. My Ma Pa Tofu came with shelled peas, while my wife's Kung Pao Chicken included slices of zucchini. The spice level was just right, and the portions were quite generous. The prices were very reasonable as well. Overall, this is an excellent dining option in Tuba City. It's worth noting, however, that they promote their buffet, but it's not available during the summer months—only starting in August, as we were informed.
