She did apologize for her attitude, saying it had been a rough night, but her behavior didn’t improve. When we asked a few simple questions because she mentioned being out of items and that she could only prepare limited options so late, we were met with frustration. I understand having a bad day—I’ve been a pizza maker for eight years, and I know how important customer service is. You never know what someone else is going through. It's not fair to take your bad day out on customers who might also be having a tough time and just want a meal to lift their spirits. It’s essential to remember that we're all here to do a job, and treating customers like an inconvenience is not acceptable.
