It is always piping hot when it arrives and is always cooked how you ask. I’m quite a fussy eater so rant in advance to ask if I could change things around and they were more than happy to be of help. The food came exactly how I asked and was delicious. Will definitely keep ordering from here. May be slightly expensive but it’s worth every penny! The staff who we spoken too aswell on the phone (male voice and chef) were lovely.

We checked at 9pm to see w... read more Me and my partner ordered a brownie waffle and a brownie sundae from here at 8:30 and we’re told on the app it would be there by 9pm. We checked at 9pm to see where it was up to to see if had been moved to 9:30. Fine with this as an hour is still reasonable but for the food to only turn up at 10:00 so we’d waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for it and for them to only send the waffle and no brownie sundae! So we spent £20 to get a small waffle with half a piece of brownie on with barely any sauce so it’s dry as anything and it’s freezing cold. When my partner asked where the sundae was when it got delivered the response was ‘we’re busy nothing we can do’ and that he won’t receive his food and we won’t have any refund. Avoid this place. Busy or not you don’t forget one of the main items when there’s only two!!

I went with her in August and she was definitely not wrong!
