The staff just stand around chatting instead of working, and th... read more This is the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever visited! They mess up my order every single time. The staff just stand around chatting instead of working, and then act rude when the order is wrong. I was rushed to order and when I tried to add something at the window, they refused, saying they were too busy. Of course, my food was incorrect and missing items I paid for. When I asked to speak to the manager, he didn’t come to the window but told an employee to take the bag from me. Then, when I asked for the receipt—which they had already thrown away—an employee slammed the window shut in my face and walked away while I was talking. I plan to report this location to corporate and the health department due to their dirty conditions and mold growing on the food!
