The staff is extremely friendly, and the lounge is beautiful and cozy, complete with a fireplace. I would give it a 5 out of 5!

I absolutely love their warm, freshly baked pastries in the morning, and their coffee is great too. I'm also a fan of the architecture of the Arrive Hotel.
