The first floor has a charming win... read more The food at this restaurant is exceptional. The ambiance is welcoming, and you can choose to dine on any of the three levels. The first floor has a charming window seat that overlooks the shops and the street. I think the second floor has a balcony as well. However, I did experience a lengthy wait of about an hour for my meal after ordering, despite the fact that there were only a few customers there. It's possible that my location on the third floor played a role in the delay. All in all, it's a wonderful place!
