Customer service was excellent

Food is good. No ambiance.

Kid-friendliness: The kids were hungry and bouncing off the walls. Staff was very understanding even when my nephew took the tip thinking I left the money by accident lol

However, my experience at the store on 17th and Hoover is quite different. They really need to improve the service there. Overall, though, I love my Ziggie's on the south side of Main Street!
