I'm eating out all week in vilamoura and thought everywhere was good value ,until I went to to noa, way overpriced for partners lunch, even charged extra for butter , cappuccino was very small and a sread more...

Went here two nights in a row ,the waiter was very friendly and helpful, food and service was great, got enchiladas first night and fajitas second night, I'd consider myself bit fussy and I enjoyed thread more...
